Vital Wheat Gluten 2 Cups
Chickpea Flour 1 Cup
Not Chiken Broth or Veg Broth
Nutritional Yeast 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce/Amino Acids
Liquid Smoke
Sage 1/2 tsp
Thyme 1/2 tsp
Marjoram 1/2 tsp
Rosemary 1 tsp
Nutmeg 1/8 tsp
Black Pepper 1/8 tsp
Pink Salt 1/8 tsp
Tahini/Peanut Butter
Water or use 2 cups of vegan chicken broth

Boiling broth . In big pot : 4 cups water, 2 cups chic or veg broth, 1 cup tahini or peanut butter, 1 cup soy sauce or amino acids.
For the Add all ingredients dry then wet n a bowl then mix until ingredients come together into a ball.
Bring broth, water, and tamari and soy sauce to a boil in a large pot. Cut the ball into chunks and place into boiling broth; cover pot and return to a boil. Set lid slightly askew to vent steam and reduce heat to low. Boil slow for 20 minutes...take out pot and drain and then use in your favorite recipes!!
