Ingredients:
- 1 cup soaked unsalted cashews
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- Soak cashews. If you have a powerful blender such as a vitamix, don’t need to soak the cashews. If you have a regular blender, you will need to soak for at least 6 hours or overnight. Tip: Soaking in boiling water helps to speed up the time.
- Drain cashews and add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and white. Add more apple cider vinegar or lemon juice if desired. Store in the fridge in a container with a tight seal, or in a mason jar.
