- 1 14 oz. Can Jackfruit in Brine
- Vegan Buttermilk:
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp of Hot Sauce
- Seasoned salt to taste
- For the batter:
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/8 cup Cornstarch
- 1/2 tablespoon Baking Powder
- Season to taste Seasoning salt
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Vegan BBQ sauce (1 cup or more)
