Conspiracy theory: Egg company executives pay major food companies and commercial chefs to come up with recipes that call for eggs... Whether that's true or not,  It is clear eggs are completely unnecessary to cooking, especially baking... but who could know that when it seems as if all forms of modern cooking has been completely integrated and laced with the meat and animal product industries.   

2-1/4c Flour (all-purpose)
1/2c Vegan Butter (earth or smart balance)
1/4c Cold Water
2 T Sugar ( organic palm,  or your favorite)
1 Salt

Mix everything into a dough ball. Set aside to rest and cool in the fridge for about 10 minutes, ready to use for your vegan empanadas.
