Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add the sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cardamom.
Mix together.
Add the non-dairy milk , apple cider vinegar, vanilla, applesauce and melted coconut oil and mix in, removing any large lumps.
Spray a donut pan with non-stick spray, or you can use a silicone donut pan and skip the spray. Using a spoon distribute the batter evenly.
Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.
They should be lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire cooling rack.
While the donuts are cooling prepare the glaze.
Mix the ingredients together. Add more milk 1 tablespoon at a time to achieve your desired consistency.
Dip your donuts in the glaze
