Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw tahini
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
- 1 clove garlic (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup water , or more for desired consistency
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy! Add more water to thin, if desired. (It will thicken up once chilled.)
- Serve generously over your favorite veggies, or as a dip.
