Ingredients
1/3 cup softened Earth Balance Spread at room temp
1 cup sugar
1 cup white unbleached flour
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 tbs baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup soy or almond milk
3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life Brand)
3/4 cup walnuts

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Cream together spread and sugar.
Add the flour and all the other ingredients to the Earth Balance and sugar mixture. Mix well until dough is smooth.
Add chips and nuts and stir so incorporated.
Bake at 300 in a greased (light spray of veg spray) 8.5 x 11 baking pan for 30-35 minutes. They are done when turn crisp on the edges.

Once done, you can sprinkle the top of these with a touch more of kosher salt to really play on the salty/sweet contrast of this delicious brownie.
