Coconut Water Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 c chilled coconut water
  • Spinach 2 cups
  • Green Grapes, 1/2 c
  • Cucumber, 1/2 c
  • Parsley, 1/4 c
  • Ginger, 1/2 inch of ginger root
  • Granny Smith Apple 1 whole

Directions



Toss all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until combined and then enjoy!
